Preseason Concert – The Philadelphia Wind Symphony

will present a program of Firsts and Favorites.  The concert’s first half will feature the thrilling music of Lord of the Rings by Johann De Meij and the recently composed Love Among the Ruins by James Syler.  Mr. Syler’s hauntingly beautiful work showcases viola soloist Geraldine Rice.  The program’s second half will feature the ensemble in patriotic and Broadway favorites. Presented by the Friends of the Ocean City Pops, Inc. 7:30pm Tickets $20.
