The fowler has become one of the worst hotels in wildwood. The rooms are filthy, the bathroom is (well lets just say there are no words to describe the bathroom) the pool is well, basically a baby pool and the people who work there are rude. I will never stay there again.

This place was a joke. To start there was a top mattress that was held up by a thick board. Yes, wood. The bathroom was not usable. My husband and I rode to a store to buy some clorox for the shower and toilet. I think that after I cleaned it, it may have been the very first time it was ever done. The remote didnt work, there were no washclothes for us to use. Management was not very useful. The extra towels are kept outside in a shed. No wonder they smelled. We were supose to stay 5 days, left after the first. Would not want anyone to make the mistake we did. Go to ocean city, at least there are things to do there.

Visitor Review
I usually stay at the fowler when I go to wildwood. However, I was lucky enough to find some place 150% better. My daughters on the other hand were not. I went to visit them on our trip down there and and was totally surprised at how bad the fowler motel has become. The room was filthy. The beds that weren't even used, were covered in sand. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. There was partying and banging going on in the other rooms while I was there visting. The fowler used to be a nice family oriented motel, but not anymore. The clerk at the front desk was rude and abrupt. I don't know what happened, but the fowler has lost some customers.
