The waterways motel was awful. They had the most uncomfotable beds. They also they had the worst cleaning ladies. Also they had the worst pool it was like the ocean very very very dirty. The rooms were a huge dissapointment. My kids had to sleep on a very small couch in a aperate room. Me and my wife used the worst beds and had the worst sleep of our lifes. It ruined our vacation.

Well where do i start, oh yes. When i spoke to barbara over the phone she told me the motel was recently renovated, not true unless she meant 1960. When i arrived with my mother, son and nephew i thought i was at the wrong place because it looks nothing like on the website. The first thing i noticed was the small pool and the not so clear water, the other motels i could see from the balcony their water was crystal clear, my son and nephew didn't even attempt to enter the pool and the video games and miniature golf were a joke so much a joke the kids stayed in the room the whole time. I had a room on the 3rd fl. And we had to walk up no elevators, not a good thing if your with an elderly person. As i was walking up the steps you notice the holes in the rug on the balcony, as i walked in to the room i was disappointed in the size of the room which to me for $800.00 for 5 nights is too much, the curtains were hanging half on half off from the window because the hooks were missing or broken, 1 air conditioner for the whole place which included a seperate bedroom which if we wanted air you had to sleep with the door open, we had 2 tv's one had just green color we had to ask for another tv which he said was new yeah right, we had 2 burners one didn't work for 2 days, the toilet was yes or no, yes it flushed or no we have to flush it again, in the bedroom we had a crack in the ceiling from one end to the other end of the room, you had to pay for your ice which they should really replace that crappy machine, the maids never not once did we get clean sheets on our beds and we had to ask for pillow cases. We didn't sleep for like 3 nights because of the rowdy rowdy loud people staying at the same motel with us. The view that was the best, we had a view of another motel right across from us, we were suppose to have an ocean view well if we stood on the balcony and turned to our left we got to see the ocean between other motels. This to me was the worst vacation i have ever taken and will not make that mistake again and if i was asked about this motel i would advise any and everyone i come across not to stay here not even for one night.
