If you have a reservation at this motel for this season, I would recommend that you cancel. The owners have sold the motel and it will be closed in october. Perhaps it was so dirty because they no longer care about repeat business. The maid came every day, but only made the bed and changed the towels. The sheets were never changed in the week we were there, nor was the room vacuumed or dusted. At a beach location where sand is everywhere, vacuuming is important. Also the bathroom sink and toilet were not cleaned during our stay.

The Marshalls Loved The Silver Beach Motel

Visitor Review
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the silver beach motel. My husband,our four daughters(18,10,5,4), and myself all had a great time at the motel. We had a beautiful view of the beach, which just happened to began at our front door. I loved that! I would definately ask for room 114 on my next visit.
