Lost Reservation At The Caribbean Motel ,Wildwood Crest

We reserved a room for 3 nights this week. When we got there they had no record of it. Of course there were no rooms available! Very disappointing. Ended up at the bristol plaza - very pleasant front desk. Room was clean.

We stayed at the caribbean the weekend of july 23rd, 2005. It was our first time in wildwood crest and we had no idea what to expect. The caribbean was the biggest surprise! It's adorable, incredibly clean, funky and stylish. The decor is retro, with cool lamps, bedspreads and drapes. There's music piped into the rooms, complementary coffee and newspapers in the morning, and a really nice, helpful staff. We can't wait to go back for another weekend getaway.

We came to wildwood crest to stay at the caribbean for 3 nights. When we got there, the staff was extremly friendly and the rooms we very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation short becasuse our daughter got sick and we had to leave after only staying for one night. The staff of the caribbean was very kind to refund the price of the 2 nights we didn't stay even though they didn't have to. Thank you. Would certainly go back again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the caribbean. The first thing we noticed about our room upon check-in was how clean and neat it was. The maids were very efficient with the everyday clean up of our room and supply of fresh towels. I also noticed that the pool was cleaned everyday as well as the patio being hosed down. The manager is very nice and easy to talk to as well as the other guests. I also noticed that the manager would walk about the property throughout the day and not just stay in the front office. She also would straighten out the pool lounge chairs after the pool closed for the evening at 7:00. The place is very convenient to the beach and boardwalk. We also loved the doo wop architecture. We cannot wait to stay there again.

Doo-Wop Motel At It'S Best & More!

I have been coming down to wildwood since i was a toddler from central jersey (long branch) every year to join my family at the vfw convention's every june. I now live in central florida for the past 11 years. My heart was craving for the good o'le wildwood days, so my partner darren & i packed up and flew up to new jersey and went on vacation in wildwood. He was never there to what i call "paradise" he said he wanted to live thru me and see what wildwood was all about. We checked into the caribbean motel in the crest for 4 nights, and got the doo-wop room (room 216) one of many. My partner saw the room and my excitement of what i loved the most... The 50's design, knew i was in heaven! I fell in love with this motel! From the front desk staff to all the other employees there, we were immediately treated like family or guests that have been staying at this motel for years & years! This was the way i remember being treated in wildwood. We had the most "out of sight room" and the most "way-out" furniture and furnishings in the room, i couldn't believe it! I couldn't stop taking pictures in the room & outside. This motel lights up at night with the 50's style "eye-ball" multi color lights, that makes this motel a "doo-wop" treasure! Thank you for having a motel that we will now call our vacation home away from home for many years to come! To anyone thinking of staying in wildwood crest..... You won't be sorry stay at this "gem" and don't forget to ask for the doo-wop rooms they are so cool!! Oh by the way, i wasn't looking at any other motels in wildwood, they "just " didn't measure up to this great one! P.s. we did meet a great family while staying there and hanging by the pool, and now we keep in touch all the time with them & now looking forward to 50's doo-wop weeking this coming october 14th thru the 16th together i can't wait to stay at the caribbean motel with may partner & my new extended family and see the most "friendly" motel staff that i ever met thanks for reading my review & tell the staff....
