Unpleasant Management

Had reservations to spend a week. My child had a medical emergency and because it was one week prior to our stay the management would not reimburse deposit of over $200. I asked if I could have it credited to a later date and I was told no. I offered to send a copy from the physican and was told no. I therefore lost the $200 and my vacation. I understand this is a business, but there are people out there that would have credited this amount to a later date. They should treat others as they would like to be treated.

A Pleasant Stay

We stayed for the first time in wildwood crest. We didn't have any reference for a place to stay and basically chose them b/c of their website. We were pleasantly surprised. The office staff were very friendly! Our room was quite roomy. Upon entering, it had sterile 'pine sol' type of smell. That was actually ok. Most shore motels have musty smells, this did not! There was sufficient space for two adults and three children. If i had to complain about anything in the room, it would be towels. Too small and not enough. But they sufficed. The pool was small and it was filled with the motel guests. We actually used the beach more. The beach was right outside the pool and very accessible. The grill (restaurant) was right in our motel and on the beachside which was also an added convenience. Parking was tight but available. Our last day a family checked in next to us and had a crying toddler day and night. We're were happy it was only one night. Enjoy!!

Great place to stay if you have children! Very clean, friendly staff, great views, etc. I would absolutely go back! Highly recommend by my friends so we tried it. Will never stay any other place!
