Great Accomodations At The Sunburst Motel!

Visitor Review
Stayed at the sunburst motel in seaside heights over the labor day weekend. My experiences from my initial phone call to my actual stay can only be described as perfect, that went right along with the fabulous weather! Butch, joan and tyler - our hosts - went above and beyond in making sure my family and i were aware of all amenities and then added in quite a few extras! Thanks butch for that extra ride - my son is so grateful to you for retrieving his mp3 player - that was truly over the top. If you're looking for a relaxing, family/friendly atmosphere you can't do better than a stay at the sunburst motel. The location is great; accessible to the beach, area shopping, restaurants and local attractions - all this from a family that was able to get here by nj transit - who by the way adhered to its schedule in both directions! Other families that we met enjoyed their stay as well and remarked they too would not hesitate to return. To our hosts - thanks again for a great weekend and we're looking forward to returning as soon as the 2006 summer season is upon us.

Accomodating Motel

We just came back from our labor day trip and we stayed at sunburst ii motel. I'm actually surprised at the negative reviews. From my experience this motel is very accomodating. The rooms were very clean and so is outside. I did not see not one bug or roach at all. The kitchen was small but helpful. Especially for breakfast. So you don't need to go out for breakfast. They have complimentary breakfast of bagels and coffee. The pool was great bc it's heated. So even if you swim at night its very nice. The boardwalk is not too far from there. Maybe about 1 to 2 blocks. There's waterfun park which is not too far from the motel too. The motel has grills, so you can grill there and they have lounging area for it. The owner(s) and the employee of that motel are very pleasant and very nice. The owner even drove us to our bus station ( thanks). I would recommend this motel and we are already planning to going back there next summer.

The Best Motel On The Strip!

My wife and I have been coming to the shore for twelve years and of all the motels that we've stayed at this motel is the best. Frendly folks, clean rooms and good security. For the money we think its the best and will continue to support them. Thanks sunburst, kenny and carol van hooser.

Beyond Excellent - Would Stay Here Over Any Place Else

My family and I have been coming to the sunburst for years and can't say enough about how wonderful it is. The staff is completely wonderful. Talk about personal!! They feel like old friends. Always helpful, always with a smile, and very generous. There was never a time that you didn't see one of their happy faces through any given day. The rooms are clean, the pool is great and private. I can't stand looking at other motels where any tom dick or harry could walk by and stare at you from the street. Ewww. This pool is hidden - you can't see it from the street. It's heated, and just the right size. I know that we will be coming back year after year. It's well worth the money and we have made many many happy memories at the sunburst.

Would Never Go Anywhere Else!!!

I have stayed in many a hotels over the years and have found that you never know what you are getting. Some places are a complete dump.since having children, I would never take them anywhere else. Sunburst is very clean and the staff is tremendously nice.
