My husband and I stay on 8/12 to 8/15 when back down 8/18 to 8/20 love are stay at the sand and surf motel fine it to be a very friendly and clean place to stay. As jeff and ken have a nice friendly motel . I fine it to had good rates. If you are looking for a nice family place you will fine here. I can not wait till I go back down on 9/2 to 9/6/05 we just love are stays there.

The sand and surf was very convenient, right on the boardwalk,clean and relatively quiet. We are going to go back next year!

Glad We Found Sand and Surf Motel

Located right on the boardwalk, the sand and surf motel is an excellent choice for any one looking for "no frills" accomodations at an unbeatable bargain. We were a party of four (two adults, two kids) and our accomodations were clean and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. Ron, the owner keeps his property clean and orderly and requires his guests to do the same. The sand and surf motel provides excellent access to the beach and boardwalk activities. I highly recommend the sand and surf motel and can honestly say I have found my getaway place in seaside heights, nj.

Never Going Back

We stayed for the week of july 23, 2005, and we'll never go back. We had to clean the shower stall before we used it, and we had to return the towels we were given because they were dirty. My kids were made to wear wristbands while we were there, and the security guard harassed us when they took them off during the week, even though the owner said they only have to wear them on saturday and sunday. We were made to feel totally unwelcome, and we'll never go back. They don't deserve our money.

Sand and surf has great prices wright on broadwalk clean and safe place to stay. If you need help all you need to do is ask jeff or ken and the will be glad to help. Give them a try. You will not be sorry. We will not stay no place esle. Pat & bob.
