Considering the motel price hike in the area, this is actually one of the more affordable motels in the seaside heights area. And to make it better it is clean. Rooms are somewhat small. I got this tip from a friend that goes to this motel often with his family.

This motel has small, clean rooms and good service. They are the best deal that I found in the area of lavalette, seaside heights and seaside park.

The rooms were newly renovated and reminded me of a small version of a ramada inn hotel room. Since the place is 2 blocks from the beach, instead of 1 block away like other motels, its prices are much lower. I guess if you want to save money just for walking 1 extra block, this is place is great. Service was friendly also. There was a nice sized pool, but it was closed when we went. Supposingly it will be open for memorial day wkd.

I had no problems with this hotel..considering it was a three generation trip. We had a ground level room. Two beds, my 22 month old daughter had a great time in the well maintained pool. I had no problem with her walking around with no socks on (meaning the floors were clean ;) it was a quick two blocks from the beach with a 7-11 right round the cornor for anything you might need. I also liked that it wasn't some big monster hotel with people all over the place. I would visit there again if staying in the seaside area.

I just came back from taking a week vacation package at the atlantic and I was really satisfied so I thought I would write something positive. I found the special's package at the motel's website [-] and it was really interesting since it actually included a 4 night stay and 4 tickets to the waterpark. I think they sell the tickets individually for a discount if you want them. The motel is located on a quieter side of seaside, but about 1 block from the waterpark and close to the beach. They had a nice sized pool and the double size rooms were a nice size. The rooms were clean and the service was helpful and accomodating. Since the food on the boardwalk is somewhat expensive, we took advantage of the bbq grill at the motel. We will be looking to stay here again the next time we come around.
