Emphasis On Quiet Makes for A Relaxing Stay

My boyfriend and I stayed here about a year ago (spring 2004) and loved it then. That stay was during the off season, so the prices were nice and low, and we were in town rather spontaneously and needed a place to stay. We just sortof stumbled onto this place and ended up being very pleased...especially with the staff who were very helpful and personable. They made sure we had everything we needed and also made sure that we knew that they were available at any time for anything to make our stay comfortable.

We went down for the first great weekend of the year. I didn't make a reservation as it was on the spur of the moment. The surfside didn't disappoint as usual. Although we couldn't get the room that we wanted (by the evening there were no vacancy signs all over point pleasant} we did get a beautiful, clean, comfortable room. The proprietors are helpful, pleasant, and always eager to make ones stay as nice as possible. Next time we go, prolly in about a month, i'll post a pic.

Loved The Office Staff

This motel was a great value for the money. If you're looking for a place to sleep between visits to the beach and clubs and restaurants, this place was ok. It was clean and quiet. The office staff was friendly and made it a point to stress that this is a place for families and partying and loudness after hours would not be tolerated. We intend to stay there every summer.

We have stayed at the surfside for quite a few years now and love it, its clean, and the folks in the office welcome us each year like we are family, we start off there on memorial day weekend and then go back for labor day weekend... You can't beat it!!!!

We have been visiting point pleasant beach for a few years now and have always found the surfside motel to be top notch. The staff is most helpful with any request, restaurants, directions, etc. The grounds and pool area are immaculate and the rooms are clean. It is definitely a safe place for a great family vacation.
