We've been visiting the forum for years. It is family owned and operated, and they really keep the place looking great from year to year. The rooms are spacious and have refridgerators. They are only a block from the beach and boardwalk. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Our family stayed at the forum motor inn twice last year. It was our first time but not our last. We plan on staying three times this summer. The staff is extremely accommodating; the rooms are spacious and clean and the pool is so great - our second weekend we never made it to the beach! The location is in the heart of the city and we look forward to returning for many years to the forum!!

This was my first time staying at the forum and I absolutely loved it. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and eating delicious crab cakes on the boardwalk. The weather was mild and full of good vibrations. I will definately be coming back to the forum in the upcoming year. Keep up the good work forum motor inn!

Problems W/Reservations

My significant other and i are 19 and we were looking for a nice vacation at ocean city at a hotel that would accept a couple that's under 21. There were no age requirements on the forum inn website and we asked about it when we called to book a reservation. We were told it was okay and that it did not matter that we were both only 19 since we are a couple. About a week later, after having already booked our vacation, we were told that we could not stay at the forum because one of us had to be at least 25 years of age. We lost 10 dollars because we had to cancel our reservation which i would have understood any other time. Except in this case, the problem was the management's fault for not letting us know about the age requirement at the time of our booking the room. We both told management at the time of our booking that we were 19 and we were told that that was no problem. Our difficulties did not end there. We were told that we would receive our deposit in the first week of june, it is now june 15 and still, we have not received our money order from the forum inn. Who knows how long it would be before we received our original deposit had my girlfriend not called today to ask where it was. She was told that it was at the bottom of a pile of papers, in other words, it could have been july by the time we receive our deposit had we not called to remind them. This may be a nice place to stay, but their management could use some work.

Stay At The forum!!!

We have stayed at the forum motor inn countless times and have always enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is always friendly, attentive and recognize us when we arrive. The rooms are clean and well maintained. One year we went to ocean city in the fall after the forum had closed for the season & had to stay elsewhere. To say the least, it didn't measure up. The forum is the place to stay close to the boardwalk!

Our family have been vacationing in ocean city new jersey for the past 44 years and I haven't missed a year yet ! We love our yearly stay at the forum. The morrison family is wonderful, the location is great, the pool excellent and we can walk wherever we want to go in the city. The rooms are always neat and clean and the entire staff is helpful in every way. Special thanks to the morrison family for making our vacation so nice!

Really Enjoyed Our Stay

The place was really clean and the pool was great. It was very convienent to everything. We did have a real major promblem. Our friends daughter somehow got here fingers caught in the elevator doors. They were crushed between the two doors that slide together. The management did come, and got her hand out, but they never checked backed to see if everything was okay. Thank god nothing was broken, her fingers were very swall and stiff. This is a family owned and operated facility, I would think that they would have been a bit more concered about the families staying there, how would they feel if it was there child.

Great Place To Call Home for 2 Weeks

We stayed at the forum sept.2004 for 2 weeks! We just loved it! The owners were very helpful, and accomidating.everything was so clean, and you are right at the beach..we will make the forum our "home away from home" for many years to come. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nice, Clean Place

The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. My only complaint was that there was not a microwave available anywhere on site. Food has become very expensive in ocean city, forum ought to consider microwaves. Bed and breakfasts in oc have them in every hall. Paying for ice is pretty crummy too, come to think of it!
