My family stayed at the bryn mawr hotel for 2 nights august,2005...and would never return again! The room we had was barely adequate. The door to our room would not shut completely, there were holes in the wall, empty curtain rods, moldy shower curtain, dirty towels left on the floor of the hall way and shared bath (thankfully we had our own bathroom). We had to request soap.we requested a cot for one of our two nights but was billed for two nights usage. Our debit card was used for payment. Upon return home, found we were billed for three nights instead of two. We are currently trying to get this resolved...but not receiving a lot of support.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend in august. All together we had a 4 rooms. The doors wouldn't stay shut, the bathrooms were small and the shower was not pleasant. It felt like you were being hosed down. The paint was peeling off of the walls in the shower so there were chips of paint everywhere. I couldn't bathe my 1 year old in there without her crying. There was no remote in my parents room, but the remote to our tv worked so we switched off nights with the remote. It needs a lot of updating.
