My sister and brother-il-law told us about this place. We have been going ever since. The beach hugger is a little jewel sitting right off of the ocean.The big conglomorate hotels have nothing on the beach hugger as far as service-cleanliness-being friendly and family oriented. A great family place.

Standard wildwood motel, nice location, it's my husband's favorite- he likes to surfcast and the locaion is great for that. Has the usual pool for the kids- nice place, we would go back.

We have been there about 7 years, it is a great place to stay. We think the owners are great, very warm & so friendly. Always updating something. We will be coming there another 7+ years. A very family oriented place. It is great to know you are safe there.

What a really nice place this is. It is so family oriented and clean and best-affordable! The owners go out of their way to make everything so pleasurable. Everybody I met there has been returning year after year---really nice folks! You never have to worry about what type of crowd that'll be staying here. Your kids can enjoy the pool & you can feel they are so safe with the hugger's surrounding area. The beach is right across the street as well as a few restaurants and deli's very near by. Cape may-avalon-stone harbor is within minutes and so easy to get too. I am so glad we fund this place and know we can look forward to returning every year. Trust me- you will never be sorry if you choose to try it! Thanks to the owners for making such a really wonderful place our familes for a week every year. -- the entire klinger family-- west lawn, pa.

Have Been Going There Since The Early 70'S

I have been staying at this hotel since I was a small child. I have seen ownership change hands three times over the course of the 30+ years. All the owners have been great. The current owners are the type of people I could call my friends. The rooms were renovated a few years ago and are kept in tip-top shape. I guess the biggest reason I have for liking this hotel is it's family like atmosphere, small personable size and great location, not to mention the memories. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, personable hotel, this is your place.
