We have been going to beach haven for years and have stayed at this place for the last 5, only because we have a number of families that go with us and they are individual units. The set up was good, but we have had nothing but trouble from the owners and this year was it!!!!! We couldn't even play the radio in the middle of the afternoon without them coming and complaining, and we are not kids, we are older families that liked to use the court yard and enjoy our week! The places are not kept up to justify the yearly increase in cost, the landscaping and upkeep of the grounds is terrible, they provide you with nothing. Now we couldn't even enjoy ourselves in the courtyard! My advice is don't go to sea village if you are looking for a nicely kept clean place and don't go there is you want to have a good time!! These owners are ridiculous! If you want to have a quiet boring vacation and go to bed every night at 7:00, then this is the place for you!! We have seen the last of it.

A Great Place To Stay

This is a wonderful place to stay. We have stayed at this apartment complex for years. The owners have been so wonderful to our family. We have had parties there and they did not make us go to bed at 7:00. They just ask that we respect the people around us in the nearby homes - which is just common courtesy. We had a pre wedding day party there and the owners were wonderful. We had to end the party secondary to the police coming over and kindly telling us that we were being a little too loud and it was time to end the party. We included the neighbors around us so everyone had a good time.

We love this little place - we have been coming back for 3 years and plan on a 4th. This is a quiet, cozy, throw-back in time that seems removed from the hustle and bustle of the summer rush. It is a block off the beach and convient to the shops and restaurants.
