I ve been stayin at the sea spray since I was 5 years old..and my parents went there when they wer eyoung.. Its a great motel.. And there is no bar or music.. That guy is thihnkin of a totally different motel.. Its very clean ... And im very picky with motels.. Located right across from the beach... Awesome staff

Initially, we were very pleased with the motel; the room was clean, seemed very well maintained. The first night there I couldn't get to sleep because the sheets seemed to have a lot of grit.

Great Family Motel

I'm not sure what motel the other reviewer was referring to ... There is no bar or music at the sea spray ! It is a quiet, quaint jersey shore motel... Right across the street from a family beach. The location is close enough to fantasy island and other entertainment (a 3 minute drive) but far enough to get away from the noise. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is friendly. Pool is clean, grills available to cook your own lunch or dinner.

Big Enough To Accommodate, Small Enough for Charming

I stayed at the sea spray this weekend, and it was lovely. Seems it is family-owned and operated, as they stayed around past desk hours to accommodate me--it was 9:30 pm, and I was stuck trying to find accommodations. There is a lovely pool and planty of grills and space for family cookouts there. As for me, though, I just enjoyed a the quiet evening listening to the sound of the ocean, which is just across the street (the island here is very narrow, so across the street means right across the street--no ocean block in the way). Room was very clean and actually kind of cozy, as motel rooms go. Prices were very good, and I plan to return.
