Visitor Review
I have been staying at this hotel for many years for a few days every summer. The Mariner has always been an excellent value. It's nothing fancy, but it's clean, the location is great, the size is very small so the pool is never crowded and it's inexpensive compared to the other hotels in the area. I was very pleased this year to see that the lobby had been painted and redecorated. I was further thrilled to see that our room was painted, they added a microwave and the bathroom was completely retiled, both the walls and the floor, and they had added glass shower doors rather than a shower curtain. The hotel is still nothing fancy, but it meets our needs, is clean and now pretty to look at. It's a great value and I highly recommend it if you're looking for an inexpensive hotel on LBI in a great location only two very short blocks to the beach.
