Cheap Price for Ac, But Noisy As Heck

The knights inn still had its "grand opening" sign up when I stayed for one night in march 2006. You would think that a new hotel would be built to today's standards. Forget about it! The rooms have virtually no sound proofing between the walls and ceiling. So don't count on getting a good night's sleep. It's a two-floor hotel/inn, and I stayed on the first floor. The guy in the room next to me was playing his radio from 1-3 in the morning, and I could virtually hear every word. And any movement from the people on the second floor could be easily be heard in my room.

Clean Hotel and A Great Price

I never experienced the noise the other "reviewer" complained about so I can't speak of that. My husband and I found this hotel to be very clean (it's only a year or so old) and very reasonably priced. The only reason I gave it an average rating is because we felt the air conditioner was not working well enough to completely cool the room to a temperature we prefer. It could have just been that unit - I can't say - but we did find that a little disappointing. Other than that - the place was just fine for the price. We would definitely stay there again. Why pay $300 a night to stay on the boardwalk when I can stay within a few miles, save $255 which will give me more slot machine money. :)
