Visitor Review
Front desk service was courteous, confident and efficient, I only wish I could remember the young lady's name. The young man in the parking garage, took the time to make sure there was a proper space where my truck (F-150) fit and was not sticking out, so as not to get hit. In all, JOB WELL DONE. Thanks, again.

room could had been a little cleaner and the people at the front desk could had been friendlier. when we were checking out the lady was very nice but the others at the front desk were rude.

Overall, my stay was really good. The security and doorman were extremely courteous and the housekeeping came by on the regular. There was 1 lady at the front desk that had an attitude problem but I didn't let that ruin my stay. Above all, i would definetly recommend this hotel!!!

No matter what room I have stayed at Bluegreen, I have always had a beautiful view. You have the comforts of having kitchen facilities in the room should you decide to coook on "vacation". I love the fact that it is a quiet hotel w/out the noise and smoke of the casinos yet it is situated right in the middle the of the activity! And the price is always economical!!!

Room had excellent ocean view and very well kept pool area. However,parking was tight, and no parking elevator to hotel. You had to unload your stuff in front of hotel or carry down stairs from parking lot.

Perfect location on the on the boardwalk near major piers. Restaurant was closed and wifi was not avialable during our visit, but both are expected to be open within a month. The room was spacious and offered a great view of the boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean.

The location is great and the view from the room is absolutely stunning. However, there are some pretty stark signs of aging, such as the visibly worn cabinets in the bathroom and the A/C from the 60's, which has no thermostat--only buttons for "Off" "Heat" and "Cool" with an intensity knob. Nothing particularly special about the service, but I don't really demand much so I wouldn't know. Given the location and the view, and the fact that I don't spend much time in the hotel to really care about nitpicking, I'd recommend staying there vs. the other places on the boardwalk.

Our Air conditioner wasn't working properly. A hotel staffer was in the room as we were opening the door and she was making sure nothing was broken. I said oh its really warm in here and she said oh no just turn the air all the way up. Needless to say, it never went up any higher. Luckly it was cool that evening. In fairness, we didn't complain since we weren't planning on hanging out in the room for long.
